This is to inform all applicants who had applied for admission into HND, Pre-ND and ND Part-Time programs of the Polytechnic that, screening exercise will be organised as follows:

iii.) 2 passport photographs.
iv.) 4 copies of the downloaded and Completed Security Clearance Form.
v.) Screening Entry Slip
vi.) Writing materials.
B. CANCELLATION OF POST-MPCE SCREENING EXERCISE

Candidates who chose Federal Polytechnic Offa as their 1st and 2nd choice institution in the 2009 Monotechnics, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education examinations [MPCE] will no longer sit for the screening exercise.
